Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, The Callioni Collection is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

If a package is lost or arrives damaged, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation so we can assist with a claim.

Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery confirmation.

Requests made after 14 days will not be approved.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unopened, unused, and in original sealed condition.
• Original packaging must be intact.
• No visible signs of use or tampering.

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do NOT accept returns on opened or used fragrance products.

If a returned item shows signs of use, the return will be denied and the item may be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

• Opened fragrance bottles
• Used products
• Samples
• Final sale or discounted items (if marked as such)
• Gift cards

Return Shipping

If a return is approved, The Callioni Collection will provide a return shipping label at no cost to the customer.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the item was defective or sent in error.

We reserve the right to deny refunds that do not meet the above conditions.

Chargeback Protection

By completing a purchase, you agree to this Refund & Return Policy. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve an issue may be considered a violation of these Terms.
