Refund & Return Policy

At The Callioni Collection, we want every customer to feel confident about their purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests made after 30 days from the delivery date will not be eligible for a return or refund.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

The product must be unused and unopened.

The product must be in its original packaging.

The protective seal, sticker, or wrapping must still be intact and unbroken.

The item must be returned in the same condition it was received.

For hygiene and safety reasons, any product that has been opened, unsealed, used, or altered cannot be returned or refunded.

Proof of Purchase

A valid order number or receipt is required to process any return request.

Return Approval

All returns must be requested and approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

To request a return, please contact us with your order information. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your return.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve the problem quickly.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Opened or used fragrance products

Products with broken or removed seals

Items returned after the 30-day return window
